The best start is to be prepared
Once you’ve decided to get your license, there are a few things you need to take care of.
You need to get the following 4 things under control as soon as possible:
1. Registration in driving test booking, can be done at the earliest on the day when there are three months until you turn 17 years. you must log in as an applicant with your my-id. here you must fill in, print (11 pages) and bring the application (p23) to class start at the driving school, you will also be charged a test fee to the Danish Road Traffic Agency of 1200, -kr this is for you to come to the theory driving test and can only be paid via koreprovebooking
If you are under 18 years old, both your parents will be notified via e-Boks (this MUST be approved by BOTH parents) if it is not sent to your parents’ e-Boks, a parental consent form must be printed and brought along, which must also be signed by both parents
2. Medical certificate, you must call your own doctor as soon as possible and ask for a medical certificate to be made for approval of driving license category B, most doctors will send this digitally to the citizen service, if not, you will receive an envelope with the medical certificate which must be handed in at the driving school
3. passport photo, you need 1 passport photo that is used on your driver’s license, it must be brought in physical form, we recommend that you use idfotos which is a user-friendly app for your phone that allows you to try a lot of times and only pay for the photo that you approve, they typically ship the same day as you have placed the order.

4. Traffic-related first aid, you must have a first aid certificate to get a driving license and it must be traffic-related, we have a permanent instructor at the driving school who regularly conducts first aid courses, we send out a message to the students who are registered via email or SMS
Please bring the application (p-23) from koreprovebooking to the start of the class at the driving school and have your passport photo, medical certificate, first aid and parental consent (only under 18) ready as soon as possible, as these are required to take the theory and driving test. The driving school will then ensure that these are handed in for approval at Citizen Services.
